His Grace, Bishop JOSEPH Blesses the New Chapel Iconostasis at St. Nicholas Cathedral The Chapel of St. George, located in the southeast portion of the Diocesan Cathedral of St. Nicholas in Los Angeles, received a brand new iconostasis. Following Divine Liturgy on June 24, His Grace, Bishop JOSEPH, blessed the iconostasis with holy water, and plans to consecrate the remaining portions of St. George Chapel during St. Nicholas Day celebrations in December. The icons are the work of Nicola Majdalani, the legendary iconographer of the Antiochian Patriarchate.
