If the Patriarch of Antioch is celebrating or presiding
For our Father and Patriarch (Name), for the venerable Priesthood, the Diaconate in Christ, for all the clergy and the people, let us pray to the Lord.
Again, we pray for our Father and Patriarch (Name), and for all our brotherhood in Christ.
If the Primate of the Archdiocese or the Diocesan Bishop of the See in which the parish is located is celebrating or presiding
For our Father and Metropolitan (Name), and for our Father and Bishop (Name), for the venerable Priesthood, the Diaconate in Christ, for all the clergy and the people, let us pray to the Lord.
Again, we pray for our Father and Metropolitan (Name), and for our Father and Bishop (Name), and for all our brotherhood in Christ.
If any other Hierarch is present
For our Father and Metropolitan (Name), for our Father and Bishop (Name), and for His Eminence (or His Grace), Archbishop (or Bishop) (Name) for the venerable Priesthood, the Diaconate in Christ, for all the clergy and the people, let us pray to the Lord.
Again, we pray for our Father and Metropolitan (Name), for our Father and Bishop (Name), and for His Eminence (or His Grace), Archbishop (or Bishop) (Name) and for all our brotherhood in Christ.
NOTE: If the Primate or the Diocesan Bishop is presiding and one or more other hierarchs are present, they are all commemorated using this structure.
