Directions for converting Service Text files into booklets

	Click on the Rich Text Format file link for the desired service.
	A box comes up asking if you want to open or save the file. Click SAVE.
	Select where you would like to save it and press SAVE.
	Open the file in Microsoft Word.
	Click FILE, then select PAGE SETUP.
	Change all 4 margins to 0.5".
	Click on the drop down menu next to MULTIPLE PAGES and select BOOK FOLD. Click OK at the bottom.
	Click VIEW, then select HEADER AND FOOTER.
	Edit the footer to your desire.
	Go through the pages and check the pagination, if needed.
	Print the whole document.
	To copy, arrange the originals with every other page turned upside down (Page 1 on the bottom left, Page 2, upside down, on top left, etc.)
	Insert the originals in the document feeder and print the desired copies using the two sided option.
